Fresh leaks from tipster Revegnus stated that the upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a 50MP telephoto lens, making it a significant upgrade from it’s predecessor.
The tipster also stated that next year’s Galaxy S25 Ultra has a folded telephoto lens with variable capabilities and an upgraded primary camera. And lastly, they also mentioned the Galaxy S26 to have a 200MP primary sensor, with 1/1.10″ and 0.7-micron pixels.
Camera Leaks of Upcoming Galaxy Ultra(s)
As we wait for the Galaxy S24 Series to unpack next month, a renowned tipster, Revegnus, shared the possible camera specs of the later years’ Galaxy Ultra models. Starting with the Galaxy S24 Ultra, they noted the handset to have a 50MP folded telephoto camera.
While they didn’t mention the zoom factor – which the community is eager about – previous leaks reported the rate to be 3x or 5x. And coming to Galaxy S25 Ultra, Revegnus noted it to have a folded telephoto camera with “variable capabilities“, possibly talking about the variable zoom.

Further, the S25 Ultra is touted to have an upgraded primary camera and a 50MP ultrawide camera; the latter is a magnificent upgrade from it’s predecessor. This would allow the handset to capture bright and clear low-light snaps with pixel-binning technology and possibly record videos at 8K resolution.
Lastly, the leaker noted that the 2026 Galaxy S26 Ultra has an upgraded 200MP primary camera, with a 1/1.10″ sensor and 0.7-micron pixels. This isn’t a significant upgrade compared to the current Galaxy S23 Ultra, which has a 200MP primary shooter with a 1/1.3″ sensor size and 0.6-micron pixels. Yet, improvements to the other sensors should make the overall impact better.
Anyhow, we should take these sayings with a pinch of salt for now, as both the Galaxy S25 Series and Galaxy S26 Series are far from launch and may change drastically by then.
