Xiaomi is all set to launch their new budget mid-range smartphone in India, that will be named as Redmi Note 9. Xiaomi has already officially confirmed that Redmi Note 9 is going to launch in India on 20th July, 2020 at 12pm IST. Redmi Note 9 has already been launched in other countries by Xiaomi, So we already know about the confirmed specs of this mobile.
Redmi Note 9 Specs :-
Redmi Note 9 comes with a 6.53 inch Full-HD+ LCD Display along with 1,080×2,340 resolution. The Phone is powered with Mediatek Helio G85 Processor, that is based on 12 nanometer technology. This processor is a powerful chipset and can easily handle your daily use apps and other heavy games smoothly. This phone will come in 2 Variants – 3 GB Ram and 64 GB internal storage & 4 GB Ram and 128 GB internal storage.
The Redmi Note 9 features a Quad rear camera setup. It will power a 48 Megapixel primary camera sensor with 8 Megapixel Ultra-wide angle, 2 Megapixel Micro Sensor and 2 Megapixel Depth sensor. On the front side, Redmi Note 9 comes with a single 13 Megapixel camera sensor.
Redmi Note 9 will power a 5020 Milliamp Hours massive battery, that can easily last for 1-2 days on full charge. This phone will also support 18W fast charge technology and customers will get 18W fast adapter within the box. The phone is reported to run on MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
Indian Pricing :-
Global variant of Redmi Note 9 was priced at 199$ (Rs. 14,900) for 3 GB Ram and 64 GB internal storage variant, Whereas higher variant – 4 GB Ram and 128 GB internal storage was priced at 249$ (Rs. 18,700). But in India, Xiaomi sets a little aggressive pricing for their smartphone due to high competition, therefore it is expected that Redmi Note 9 base variant (3 GB ram and 64 GB internal storage) could launch at a price tag of Rs 11000-12000 & Higher variant (4 GB ram and 128 GB internal storage) could launch at price tag of Rs 13000-14000.
