ZTE’s Nubia company has recently introduced their latest mid-range gaming smartphone in China called the Nubia Play. It features shoulder buttons for enhanced gaming.
The smartphone comes with a 6.65-inch AMOLED display along with FHD+ resolution at 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display gives DCI-P3 colors and features 4096 levels of automatic brightness. The display comes with a 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.
The Nubia Play specifications will feature an octa-core Snapdragon 765G SoC and will be available in the variants of a 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM along with 256GB ROM. However there is no microSD card support. To keep the CPU temperature in check, it comes with ICE 2.5 rack mounted liquid cooling system.
The smartphone will be powered by a 5100mAh battery which supports 30W fast charging. It comes with a 12MP selfie camera on the front end whilst on the rear end it comes with a combination that consists of a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP cameras and LED Flash.
