The Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Pro are high-end Android smartphones made by Huawei. They were announced on March 27, 2018 as the successors to the Huawei P10 series. Stuttering and similar playback issues could be caused by slow reading speeds from a microSD card, compatibility issues with the app being used to play the content, or an issue with the format of the media files. Check the following:
If stuttering occurs when files are played from a micro SD card: Move the files to your device”s internal storage and check whether there are still playback issues. Video and music files may stutter when played from certain older microSD cards, which have lower reading speeds. For best results, use a high-speed microSD card.

If stuttering occurs in a certain video or audio player: Play the file in another media player and check whether the playback issues still occur. If playback is normal, the playback issues are most likely to be caused by your video or audio player not supporting this file format. This could also be an issue with the app itself. For better results, switch to another media player.
If stuttering occurs during playback in Bluetooth earphones: Play the file using wired earphones or through your device”s speaker to check whether there are still playback issues. If playback is normal, this is likely to be a Bluetooth compatibility or software issue. Switch to a different pair of Bluetooth earphones or use wired headphones.
Playback issues may also occur if your device has not been restarted for a long time. Your device will slow down if the system cache becomes too large. Restart your device and check whether playback returns to normal.
