If none of your apps can connect to the Internet or the Internet is slow

Use mobile data to check if the Internet connection is normal. If the Internet connection is normal with mobile data, there may be an issue with your Wi-Fi network, or your device is being restricted from accessing the Internet by your router. Please restart the router. If the issue persists, check your router settings or contact your Internet service provider for assistance.

If you are using a network in bridge mode, connect to the primary router and check whether you can connect to the Internet.

If you are using a VPN, disconnect the VPN and try again.

Restart your device and try again. If the issue persists, back up your data and restore your device to factory settings.

If certain apps cannot connect to the Internet or the Internet is slow, or only certain websites cannot be accessed

Restart your device and check if the Internet connection is normal.

Go to Phone Manager > Mobile data > Networked apps and check whether Mobile data or Wi-Fi is disabled. If so, please enable and try again.

If a third-party device management app is installed, check whether Internet access has been restricted. If so, enable Internet access or uninstall the third-party device management app.

If possible, use another phone to check if the same apps can connect to the Internet. If the same problem occurs on a different device, there may be server issues with the apps in question. Look out for official notices from these apps or try using them again later.
If you cannot connect to the Internet after connecting to a company network or the Internet is slow

Contact your network administrator to check if your device needs to be authenticated or associated to connect to the Internet.

Check if there are any permission restrictions regarding Internet access. If so, apply for the relevant permissions and try again.
