The Huawei P20 and Huawei P20 Pro are high-end Android smartphones made by Huawei. They were announced on March 27, 2018 as the successors to the Huawei P10 series. Its features included a Leica dual camera for P20 and a triple camera for P20 Pro, this series includes a mid-range smartphone called Huawei P20 Lite, that includes slightly lower specifications and differences to the P20.
The Huawei P20 mobile features a 5.8″ (14.73 cm) display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2240 pixels and runs on Android v8.1 (Oreo) operating system. The rear camera has a 12 MP camera CMOS sensor supporting a resolution of 4.000 x 3.000 Pixels and the front camera has a 24 MP CMOS sensor. Other sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope, and a fingerprint sensor. For graphical performance, this phone has got a Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. Standard storage is 128 GB. The Huawei P20 is 7.65 mm slim and weighs 165 grams.

If you experience problems connecting to Wi-Fi, check the following:
Wi-Fi password error:
Check that the password was entered correctly. Pay special attention to capitalisation and special characters. Touch the eye icon to the right of the text box to display the password as you enter it.
Check whether the Wi-Fi name or password has changed. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi > Scan, scan for Wi-Fi networks and enter the password to connect.
If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi after entering the correct password, try changing the password to pure digits, such as 12345678.
If you still can”t connect, restart your device.
Internet access denied:
If you are using a home network, the maximum number of connections or MAC address filter may have been enabled. If so, your Phone may not be able to connect to Wi-Fi. Refer to the router manual for instructions on changing the maximum number of connections or MAC address filter.
If you are using a public hotspot, try connecting again or consult the network owner.
The “Obtaining IP address” message is constantly displayed:
Set a static IP address:
Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi, search for the hotspot you want to connect to, and enter the password to connect.
When connection fails, touch and hold the name of the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to. Check the fixed IP segment in your router manual. On your Phone, go to Modify network > Show advanced options > IP settings > Static, enter the IP address, gateway, network prefix length, and domain name 1, and then save.
Wi-Fi error:
Try to connect to the Wi-Fi network using another Phone to check whether this is an issue with your device.
If you are using a home network, make sure that your device is within 10 meters of the router. The Wi-Fi connection will be automatically disabled if you move out of range. If you still cannot connect, restart your router. If this does not work, please contact your Internet service provider.
If you are using a public network, try connecting to another network.
If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to a Huawei service center for assistance.
