Huawei’s Honor brand has an event scheduled in China for the introduction of their Honor Play4 and Honor Play4 Pro 5G smartphone. Ahead of the announcement, some specifications of The Honor Play4 Pro 5G have been unveiled as a result of TENAA certification.
TENAA has the certified smartphone to come with model number OXP-AN00. According to the listing, it measures 162.7 x 75.8 x 8.9 mm and weighs about 213 grams.
It will feature Dual SIM slot support along with 5G (SA/NSA) and Dual 4G VoLTE support. It will run on Android 10 OS along with MagicUI 3.1 and comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking.
The Honor Play4 Pro 5G (OXP-AN00) is listed to come with a 6.57-inch multi-touch IPS display along with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support.
The display has a punch hole that holds a dual front cameras, 32MP and 8MP. On the rear end there is a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP + 8MP + AI camera, the sensor is currently unknown. The cam combination can record 4K videos quite easily.
The Honor Play4 Pro 5G (OXP-AN00) comes packed with a 2.86GHz octa-core processor along with Kirin 990 5G SoC. The smartphone will be available in variants of a of 6GB / 8GB RAM along with 128GB / 256GB storage space. The ROM is however non expandable.
The handset will be powered by a 4100mAh battery along with fast charging support. Connectivity features such as Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and USB Type-C will also be supported.
The Honor Play4 Pro 5G Launch is scheduled for later today. It will be available in Magic Night Black and Mecha Blue colors.
