Google is developing a new “Organize Tabs” feature for it’s Chrome browser that can automatically organize tabs into a group with one click.
This automation feature builds on the current Tab Groups feature and saves significant time. Users can retrieve the relevant tab with a simple search function and work on it immediately. There’s no timeline for seeing this Organize Tabs feature in the public channel.
Automatic Organization of Chrome Tabs
One of the best products of Google, the Chrome browser, is testing a new feature on it’s Canary version that can automatically organize tabs into relevant groups for easier access later. Named “Organize Tabs“, this feature was spotted by Leopeva64 in the top left corner of the browser, adjacent to the tab search function.
Apparently one of the options of Chrome's new "Organize Tabs" feature will be the automatic creation of tab groups, after organizing tabs into different groups, Chrome will allow you to rename them, this is what this option currently looks like in Canary:https://t.co/Tee5JieYgx pic.twitter.com/vjAY7KtIhj

Building on the Tab Groups functionality, this feature can significantly reduce the workload of manually organizing tabs and improve productivity significantly. To those who don’t know, Chrome users can manage their browser tabs as groups based on their nature and even colour-code them for easier spotting.
And with Organize Tabs, this process will be automated by Chrome. Once organized, you can also name and colour code the group accordingly. This feature was spotted in Chrome’s latest Canary version and we hope to see it in the public build soon.
