Power the Phone off.
Press the power button.
The Redmi logo appears. Wait till the Android logo to appear at the bottom.
When the Android logo appears, press the volume down button.
This will boot the phone in safe mode. You can see ‘Safe mode’ written on the bottom left corner of the screen.
How to Exit Safe Mode on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9
Once you are done using the safe mode, you might want to exit this mode so that you can access all your regular apps. To exit safe mode, simply press and hold the power button. Then select Reboot and tap to confirm. This will reboot your Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 in regular mode.
