How To Fix Unable to Sync Outlook Calendar Samsung Galaxy S10 / S10+ / S10e:
Additionally if you are experiencing problems with syncing your contacts, you can attempt:
Going to the Email App and setting it to “s.outlook.com” as shown below:
-> Settings -> Account -> Exchange server settings -> Exchange server = s.outlook.com
If after doing this you receive an email from Microsoft to allow 3rd party app to access the account. After allowing this it should work. Now moving on to syncing outlook calendar:
Check if Outlook Calendar is Available from My Calendars:
Touch My calendars
Navigate to and open Calendar, and then touch Add an Event.

If you have more than one account on your phone, you may see the email account displayed instead of My calendars. If an email is showing, touch the displayed email.
Then, select your Outlook account under Save as event if it’s available.
If it isn’t showing, your Outlook account isn’t connected to your phone and you will need to add your account.
If it is available, create an event using that account.
Then, check if your Outlook calendar is syncing to the Calendar app. If it synced, the new event should appear in the Calendar app on your phone like normal. You can also check on another device, such as a computer, to see if the new event appears.
